Optimum Technologies is your source for all of your rewinding needs, currently rewinding over 70,000 logs each year. We can rewind up to 13” OD, 150 lbs, on 3” and 1.75” core IDs.

UNWINDING CAPABILITIES

We are also your go-to for unwinding. Our specialized machinery can unwind products with up to 40” OD, 5,000 lbs. We have 3” and 6” shafts, and the ability to unwind products up to 90” wide, 40” OD, 5,000 lbs. We can also accommodate larger weights and ODs. Just ask us.

ADHESIVE CUTTING

No matter how big or small, Optimum Technologies has the conversion solution you need. 

Today, we can cut 3” or 1.57” - 1.75” core IDs. And if needed, we have the ability to acquire new core sleeves to convert any sizes from 1.5” - 3.03”.
